RETURNS
The customer may resign from the goods purchased in the online store www.igly.net without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. This is possible only if the goods have not been used, damaged and in the case of goods packed sterile - not opened!
Partial contents of the package cannot be returned. The amount due for the returned goods (without shipping costs) is returned within 7 working days from the moment of receipt of the shipment with the returned goods, to the bank account indicated by the customer, after verification of the content of the returned goods for non-use and non-damage. The www.igly.net store does not accept any shipments sent back on delivery.
The returned goods should be sent back at your own expense along with a copy of the proof of purchase to the company's address:

COMPLAINTS
If, after receiving the goods, the customer finds physical defects in it or finds non-compliance of the received goods with the ordered one, he should send it back by post to our address:

The www.igly.net store does not accept any shipments sent back on delivery. Costs related to the return of goods
the store returns the www.igly.net immediately after receiving the parcel and considering the complaint. The returned goods should be accompanied by an invoice or receipt and a description of the reason for the complaint. All complaints are considered within 5 working days from the date of their receipt. The damaged goods will be replaced with a new full-fledged one, and if this is no longer possible (for example, due to the exhaustion of stocks), the store will return to the buyer the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer him a choice of other goods available in the store.
