- Acceptance for execution of the order begins
- in case of orders paid on delivery - after verification of the order
- in case of transfer payment - after the amount due resulting from the value of the order is credited to the bank account
- in case of orders paid by credit card - at the moment of card authorization
- The order will be executed under the condition that the goods are available in stock. In case of unavailability of all or part of
goods covered by the order, the customer is informed about the status of the order and decides on the method of its implementation (partial implementation, extension of the waiting time, cancellation of the entire order).
- In the case of a sale or promotional sale for which a limited number of goods is intended - orders shall be fulfilled in the order of receipt of confirmed orders for those goods, until the stocks covered by that form of sale are exhausted.
- At the request of the customer, a VAT invoice is issued, provided that all the invoice data is provided by the ordering party. The VAT invoice is issued on the day of shipment.
- The customer may cancel an order or make changes only up to the moment of issuing a VAT invoice by phone on +48 34 366 2578 or +48 696 495 817 or by fax on +48 34 366 25 87. The customer may not cancel an order which has already been dispatched.
- As standard, all deliveries are sent by courier.
The cost of courier delivery is fixed (independent of the size of the order and the number of parcels) and is always:
- by prepayment to the account (online payment) - 16.00 zł
- by credit card with PayU (online payment) - 16.00 zł
- by cash on delivery (payment on delivery) - 20.00 zł
The cost of delivery is added automatically after selecting the payment method (payment on delivery or online).
On request, we can send the order by Poczta Polska (parcel or registered letter). The cost of delivery by post will be given after contacting us by e-mail or telephone. - Delivery time to the customer ordered goods (from the moment of dispatch):
- courier service - 1 working day
- priority mail - 2 working days - The customer may cancel the goods purchased at online store www.igly.net without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. This is possible only if the goods have not been used, damaged and in the case of goods packed sterile - not opened!!!
- Partial contents of the packaging cannot be returned. The amount due for the returned goods (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods to the bank account specified by the customer, after verification of the contents of the returned goods in terms of non-use and non-damage. Shop www.igly.net does not accept any packages sent back cash on delivery.
- Returned goods should be sent back at your own expense with a copy of the proof of purchase to the following address:

- Complaints. If after receiving the goods the customer finds any physical defects or finds that the received goods do not correspond with the ordered one, he shall send it back by post to our address TCM Poland Sp. z o.o . with the registered office in Częstochowa, al.NMP 77/17. www. igly.net shop does not accept any parcels sent back on delivery. Costs related to sending back the advertised goods will be reimbursed by the shop www.igly.net immediately after receiving the parcel and considering the complaint. Returned goods must be accompanied by an invoice or receipt and a description of the cause of the complaint. All complaints are dealt with within 5 working days of receipt. Damaged goods will be exchanged for a new one of full value, and if that is no longer possible (for example because stocks have run out), the shop will return the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer other goods available in the shop.
- All prices are in Polish zloty and include VAT. The price specified next to each product is binding at the moment of placing an order by the customer. Shop www.igly.net reserves the right to change prices of goods on offer, the introduction of new products to offer online store, carry out and cancel promotions on the store's website or make changes.
When making purchases at www.igly.netthe customer agrees to the processing of their personal data, in particular name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, in order to set up a customer account and carry out orders. The basis for the processing of personal data is art. 23, sec. 1, point 3 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item. 926 with later amendments).
Please be informed that in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons, each Customer has the right to inspect their data, correct them, request the cessation of processing and request their deletion. Providing personal data is voluntary, but lack of consent prevents the establishment of an account and the processing of orders.
