Grinding and polishing technology: for almost four decades, SEIRIN has been researching, innovating and refining needle tip designs. It is thanks to the combination of passion, engineering craftsmanship and advanced technology that SEIRIN is able to constantly improve its products and produce needles of the highest quality.
Cleaning process: it is very important to thoroughly clean the needle to remove any foreign substances left over from production. The cleaning process is very complex. It is carried out using acids, bases, ultrasonically and by distilled water baths.
Unique precision handle forming technology. Thanks to many years of experience and technological improvements, we are able to safely connect the needle shaft with the exact center of the needle holder. This helps to insert the needle evenly and causes less tissue damage because the needle is twisted to stimulate the acupuncture point.
We guarantee the sterility of SEIRIN products thanks to the use of the EEA sterilization process - ethylene oxide. In addition, SEIRIN achieved a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6, demonstrating that the sterilization process meets extremely high sterility standards.
Traceability. A record of each needle's manufacturing details, including shipment information, sterilization history, and stainless steel wire information, can be traced based on the batch number and expiration date. They are printed during the packaging process on the back of the blister pack of each needle. Products that lack clear batch traceability will not be released for marketing or distribution, even if the product undergoes a rigorous inspection of the consignment.
