Thus, needle therapy of the face promotes the stimulation of natural vital forces and supports the body's immunity.

The Greek maxim καλὸς κἀγαθός kalos kagathos – lit. "beautiful and good" – is implemented here – aesthetic values are combined with the desire to maintain health, in accordance with the holistic approach to the patient typical of traditional Chinese medicine.
